The Moonrise Sauna Experience

Moonrise Sauna is a free-range sauna and cold plunge experience located on 400+ acres of historic conserved farmland in Seekonk, MA.

Run by artists, we strive to create a space where the sauna brings people together and sparks creativity. Come sweat with us!

Our Sauna

Our sauna, deck, and cold plunge overlook a rolling pasture and pond at Osamequin Farm in Seekonk, MA. The wood-fired cedar sauna seats up to six, with temperatures between 170F and 200F degrees.

Relax to the sound of crickets and birds during the day or come in the evening to gaze at the stars or bask in the light of the full moon.

Our Offerings

We offer private and public sessions on weeknights and weekends from Labor day to Memorial Day.

Book a Session

Book the entire sauna for up to 6 people in your private party. A fantastic way to unwind with friends!
Book a seat for yourself in the sauna. You may be joined by others. A great way to meet new people and get to know the community.
